Cucumber & Potato Spa
(natural solution for dry, chapped hands)

  • Cook unpeeled potato in a small amount of water until tender.
  • Remove from heat, drain the water, and set the water aside.
  • In a blender combine peeled potato with cucumber and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the potato-cucumber mixture into a clean container.
  • Warm the the water that potato have been boiled in and add it to the mixture.
  • Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and lavender essential oil.
  • Stir to obtain a smooth creamy paste.

  • Dip your hands in warm mixture, all the time massaging and rubbing it into skin.
  • After 15 minutes wash off with lukewarm water and pat dry.
  • Follow with moisturizer.
