Pine Needles Ointment
(herbal athlete's foot remedy)

Ingredients:
Preparation:
  • Select the newest pine needles, those that are at the end of a branch and light green in color.
  • Pick them from the branches, wash, and grind them finely with a mortar and pestle.
  • Add butter and stir ingredients together until well mixed.
  • Preheat oven to 250°F.
  • Pour the needle paste into a pot, cover, and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let sit until cool enough to handle.
  • Strain through a sieve to filter out solids.
  • Store in refrigerator, covered.

Directions:
  • Before bedtime, apply needle ointment to all areas affected by the infection and let absorb.
  • Wear lose cotton socks and sleep that way.
  • In the morning, rinse your feet with cool water and dry them completely with a towel.
  • Use every night.
