(pampering and relaxing herbal bath)

  • Get a piece of muslin cloth or gauze, big enough to hold the herbs in it.
  • Place herbs on the center of the cloth.
  • Gather up the ends and tie them tightly with a string.
  • Bring 1 quart of water to a rapid boil.
  • Remove water from heat, put herb bag into water, and let steep for 15 minutes.

  • Fill your bathtub with warm water.
  • Add the herbal infusion and the herb bag to the bathwater.
  • Get in and relax for 15-20 minutes
  • You can use the bag of herbs as a washcloth.
