Ingredients:
Preparation:
  • Dissolve potato starch in one quart of cold water.
  • Ensure that the mixture is free of lumps.
  • Heat remaining one quart of water until boiling.
  • Gradually add potato starch mixture into boiling water, stirrring constantly until it thickens.
  • Remove from heat and cool enough to handle.
  • Dissolve essential oil in honey.

Directions:
  • Fill your bathtub with warm water.
  • Add hot potato starch mixture and the honey and essential oil mixture to the bathwater.
  • Get in and soak for 15-20 minutes.
  • Rinse off with warm water.
