Birch Leaves Refreshing Bath
(refreshing and clarifying herbal bath)

Ingredients:
Preparation:
  • Get a piece of muslin cloth or cheesecloth, big enough to hold the birch leaves in it.
  • Place leaves on the center of the cloth.
  • Gather up the ends and tie them tightly with a string.
  • Bring 1 quart of water to a rapid boil.
  • Remove water from heat, put herb bag into the water, and let steep for 30 minutes.

Directions:
  • Fill your bathtub with warm water.
  • Add the herbal infusion and the herb bag to the bathwater.
  • Get in, relax and enjoy.
  • You can use the bag of herbs as a washcloth.
