Ingredients:
Preparation:
  • Put shelled almonds in a bowl and pour enough boiling water to cover them.
  • Set it aside for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Then drain the water and rinse the nuts with cold running water for easy handling.
  • Slip almond skin off by squeezing nuts between your thumb and fingers.
  • Towel dry.
  • Grind nuts into a meal in a coffee grinder or blender (use small amounts and short pulses, or the powder quickly comes together in a paste form).

Directions:
  • Store almond flour in a covered container in refrigerator.
