Garlic Oil Treatment
(athlete's foot natural homemade cure)

Ingredients:
Preparation:
  • Separate and peel garlic cloves,
  • Place peeled garlic in a mortar and crush with a pestle.
  • Pour crushed garlic in a dark glass jar.
  • Add olive oil, cover tightly and shake.
  • Let stand in a cool, dark place for 7 days.
  • Strain the oil to remove garlic.
  • Store covered in a cool, dark place.
  • Shake before each use.

Directions:
  • Before bedtime apply garlic oil to the affected areas.
  • Wear lose cotton socks and sleep that way.
  • In the morning, rinse your feet with cool water and dry them completely with a towel.
  • Add a couple of drops of Tea Tree essential oil to your rinse water.
  • Use every night.
