Cabbage Leaves Foot Wrap
(homemade remedy for cracked heels)

  • Separate cabbage leaves and cut out hard stem.
  • Use a meat hammer to gently bruise the leaves, releasing some of cabbage juice.
  • Spread the honey over one side of cabbage leaves.

  • Soak your feet in a warm water with tablespoon of baking soda to soften the skin.
  • After 5 minutes remove your feet from water and pat dry.
  • Place cabbage leaves over your heels honey side down.
  • Hold the leaves in place by wrapping with plastic wrap.
  • Wear lose cotton socks and leave on for one hour.
  • Then remove the wrap and rub your skin firmly to exfoliate.
  • Rinse with warm water and dry your feet off.
  • Follow with moisturizing cream.
  • Repeat this treatment daily until your feet are fine.
