Blue Clay & Milk Hair Mask
(greasy hair solution)

Ingredients:
Preparation:
  • Pour clay into a clean container.
  • Combine yogurt and milk and gradually add it to clay, stirring to make a smooth paste.
  • Ensure that the paste is lump free and runny enough to work it through the hair.
  • If the paste is too thick, add more milk.
  • Stir well to obtain an even mixture.

Directions:
  • Before shampooing, massage clay paste into your scalp and spread it through hair with your fingers.
  • Cover hair with shower cap.
  • Leave on for 30 minutes.
  • Rinse off with warm water.
  • Shampoo and condition as usual.

For the essential oil to better dissolve in the mixture, add the oil to a pinch of salt (this helps the oils mix in without leaving an oily sheen).
