Ingredients:
Preparation:
  • Cut apricot in half, and remove the pit.
  • In a blender combine apricot halves with hot water and blend until smooth.

  • Strain the mixture through a sieve to filter out solid particles.
  • Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and apricot kernel oil.
  • Stir to obtain an even mixture.

Directions:
  • Before shampooing, massage the mixture into scalp and throughout hair until completely coated.
  • Cover hair with shower cap.
  • Wrap head in towel to help penetration.
  • Leave on for 30 minutes.
  • Wash out with shampoo as usual.
