Revitalizing Hair Apple Balm
(natural remedy to stop hair loss)

  • 1 cup finely chopped, unpeeled green Apple
  • 1 cup Rum

  • Pour chopped apple into a glass bottle, add rum.
  • Cover tightly and shake well.
  • Let the mixture steep for 5 days in a dark place.
  • Then strain the mixture through a fine sieve, pressing down on apples to extract as much liquid as you can.
  • Discard solids.
  • Store the tincture for future use in a tightly covered glass jar.

  • Before shampooing take 3-4 tablespoons of the apple tincture and apply it on your scalp and hair. Massage in.
  • Cover hair with shower cap and wrap your head in a warm towel to help penetration.
  • Leave on for 1 hour.
  • Then wash out and rinse as usual.
  • For better result use every other day for consecutive 4 weeks.
